The following settings can help improve performance of your Biopod to App connection, your Biopodâ€™s camera speed/quality and more! These settings can also resolve any WiFi connection issues you may be experiencing.
If you havenâ€™t had issues in the past in regards with setting up your WiFi connection, you most likely
wonâ€™t need to make any of the changes below.

How do I find the type of network I am using?
Because every router is different, the easiest way to know whether or not youâ€™re running on 2.4GHz network is
to contact your internet service provider. The second option would be to get access to your routerâ€™s configuration settings.
Routers: There are a few routers that are not compatible with Biopod products or that may cause issues connecting or performance issues along the way. Find these lists below.
How do I find my routerâ€™s information/manufacturer?
Your routerâ€™s brand, model number and information can be found on the router itself.
